Assembly

At EMDS Resources we take pride in the products we build. We have assemblied products ranging from simple circuit boards, to sophisticated semiconductor handling equipment. If it needs to be wired, soldered, cabled, glued, pinned, bolted or screwed, we're the right team for the job.

Engineering Design

We have several engineers with experience in various disciplines ready to help you on your design projects. Our engineering team has extensive knowledge in areas of mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotics, pnuematics, machine design, and automation. We have worked in many industries, such as medical, semiconductor, and retail product manufacturing. Tell us what you need and we can make it happen.

Manufacturing

We do provide some plastic and metal manufacturing services, however we are not set up for high volume, production level manufacturing. We do small prototype work and modification to typically dealing with an design or assembly project that we are working on. If you are searching for high volume manufacturing only we'll gladly refer you to some of our partners.

Laser Marking

Do you require a part to be marked? At EMDS Resources, we have vast experience in Laser Marking. Whether you need us to mark your parts, or you require your own fully automatic Laser Marking system, we can help you.
